I DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH GREAT THING TO SAY ABOUT THESE GUYS!!! I’ve been servicing my cars with Bobbys since forever and a day. Story time… so I had this tire that was kept losing air very slowly and I couldn’t figure why so I went to this Tire shop that’s down on Coney Island Avenue down past Avenue H. Got a brand tire for like 160, when they took the tire off, there was a big ass bubble on the back of the tire. which I would not have been able to see and the tire had rubbed out on that side as well. So the guy showed me and I saw it and he suggested that I go get a wheel alignment. I said I wanted 40 psi all around and they all screamed at me “NO MY FRIEND!!! Not rated for your car. That will mess up whole car” I said ok! damn! I’m going right now. I drove straight to Bobby’s to get a wheel alignment. So I pull up and head to the office. I would like to get a wheel alignment. The Gentleman asked me” what kind of car you have” I have a ford fusion hybrid 2018 and he says “ it will be for you my friend $95”. These guys are quick and do QUALITY WORK!!! I pull my car onto the ramp. I stepped to the side to watch what’s going on. Im guessing this one mechanic is putting air in my ti

Beware, they will charge premium prices for budget parts and fail to install properly. I wanted to really like this places since it’s a neighborhood shop and thought the workers were chill. But had three really bad experiences and will never go back. During a state inspection a worker pointed out a failing strut head, and told me both strut assemblies needed replacing or I can’t pass the test. They charge me a small fortune for two new strut assemblies when (now that I know better) all that needed to be done was to replace the one failing strut head. A year later and both new strut heads are failing because they installed wrong, and failed to tighten strut to head bolt properly. I bought tools did research and replaced the heads myself. Found out the parts they put in were cheap even though they charged me premium prices. I also had four new tires put on at the same time. 6 months later and a bubble in the side wall appears. I bring the car to them and they told me it was my fault and must have hit a curb. But I didn’t hit anything rough. The tires they put on my car are cheap soft tires known for failing side walls. But of course they charged me big bucks and blamed me when a tire

had a great experience at Boby Auto in Coney Island. I brought my Toyota Sienna for repair and the team quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. They were honest, professional, and the price was very reasonable. The work was done on time and my Sienna is running perfectly now. It’s not easy to find a trustworthy mechanic, but Boby Auto definitely earned my trust. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable auto repair in Brooklyn.”
